Some
language history, and about El Elohim. Hebrew
and Yisra'el: It's
been proven that Hebrew was not the first language, nor the first to use the titles
"L and el". It's not known exactly how L was first pronounced, but it's likely
to have been both el and al like southern and eastern accents. The
law was made for sinners, thus the people of Yisra'el were also sinners, and are
all related to Adam and Noah. Hebrew wasn't the only language in Yisra'el back
then and still isn't, and there are now many forms of Hebrew. Just because YHWH
spoke Hebrew to a Hebrew person/s, doesn't mean it's the language of YHWH. YHWH
spoke to many other people way before the land of Yisra'el was even occupied,
and after the flood of Noah. YHWH can speak any language He want's, and nobody
knows what His pure language sounds like. Older
languages: It's
been proven that L was used in ancient written language drawings or pictographs
way before vowels and the Hebrew language came to be. It's not 100% proven what
culture first used L, and for what god or mighty one, yet there are Sumero-Akkadian
Cuneiforms that point to various things. Some of the Sumerian writings go back
to 3000 BC, and some recent discoveries from Mesopotamia are being looked at now
that may be even older. It
seems most likely that Al is older than El, but they were worshipping pagan gods
in Mesopotamia according to the ancient artifacts. It's unknown what language
Adam spoke, and lot's of debates continue if Gal Eden was in Mesopotamia, the
Persian Gulf, or in Africa. It's not exactly known where Noah's family first settled
and moved too either, but lot's of new languages developed out of that boat, and
most all languages today are mixed or related somehow. It's my personal belief
that there is no pure language on earth today, but there is in heaven. Aramaic
and Arabic usage's: In
Aramaic it's "Eli, Elah, Eloah or Aloha, and similar to El, Eloah, Eloi and Alah.
The Arabic el latter became Elaha, then much latter became Allah with two l's
and means "the god" or "the deity" in masculine form, while allat is feminine
form for "goddess". It's not clear or debatable if there were any ancient feminine
forms of L or El previously used in other languages. Usage's
in languages:
Today
there are many variations or attributes of "l, El, al" in many earthly languages,
and thus some having the same meanings are spelled and pronounced differently,
or use different vowels. There
are also many extensions of El or Al in various languages that most often confirm
what El or Elohim is being referenced, but not always! El
or Elohim was-is used for YHWH, and for many others "both males and females" including
but not limited to "angels (spirit beings), pagan idols, other gods - goddesses,
all mankind, rulers, judges, and even Satan". The
basic understood meaning of the generic title El or Elohim means: (Mighty
one/s, judge/s, ruler/s). Either can be used for one individual, or for more than
one. Today most people only use Elohim for YHWH, but the bible doesn't use Elohim
only for YHWH. The word Elohym is something that might be more proper applicable
for YHWH. Many cultures
had pagan elohims/gods. YHWH said to have no other elohims before/but Him, and
there were none before Him, and we are to worship - serve YHWH as the only Almighty,
and as our only Father. Other
scriptures confirm that none others are coequal to YHWH, that He alone is greater
that everybody and everything else that all came into existence way after Him.
Otherwise, (Besides Him there is no other Almighty One). Generic
title: L/El/Elohim
by itself it's a multi-language generic title used for anybody or anything that's
considered almighty, mighty, supreme, superior in authority/ranking such as kings,
queens, princes, judges, mighty one/s, and/or mighty knowledgeable one/s. The
bible confirms that all mankind are considered as elohims because having knowledge
of both good and evil (Gen 3:5, Gen 3:22, John 10:34). YHWH
ALONE is the creator because He alone is the only almighty power and Father
of all creation. However that doesn't mean that YHWH was alone during creation.
The scriptures
are very clear that YHWH wasn't always alone when certain things were created.
The scriptures also confirm that everything YHWH created was done "with and through"
his son whom we know is the eternal living Word that became flesh "Yahshua". YHWH
created through His Word "spirit life breath". Thus YHWH spoke "breathed forth"
His eternal living Word from the very beginning, and His Word became flesh and
dwelt amongst us as Yahshua, and His eternal Word still lives. |
